Behavior change in healthcare

One female patient said it was night time. I took the patient to a hospital. I didn't have a big problem, but I did have a skin problem. While in the hospital, I asked the doctor to help me. I found the doctor's behavior strange. Many questions were asked. Answer. I don't know if she should have asked. But I was having a hard time answering. It smelled a little like alcohol. They were staring at the sensitive organs. I quickly took the medicine and left.

- Many such incidents are decreasing day by day. In which sometimes the patient, sometimes his relatives, sometimes doctors and health workers are suffering from such incidents. As a result, when the patient and his relatives get out of the hospital, it is as if the doctors and health workers have been given mental pain by the patients and their relatives. All of these representations make it difficult for health institutions, physicians, health workers, patients and relatives of patients to abide by their code of conduct.
-Physicians and health workers are not God. Not without mistakes. They can't say that the patient can't be cured by 100% cure. Small things that do not harm the life, and can be corrected, and if done unknowingly, should also be forgiven. But for those who do not have technical knowledge on that subject, it would be foolish to give advice.
- Physicians and health workers are telling patients and their relatives things by looking at, reading, and experiencing past data. Patients seek a guarantee that will embarrass the doctor, but it is difficult to get a 100 percent answer because the doctor does not even know.
-In the meantime, the goal of all patients, relatives, doctors and health workers is not to cure the sick but to hide some desires, even if it is very difficult to find the right answers. Many have many interests.
- If the patients come after being beaten, they put a lot of pressure on the doctor saying that the beating party had to spend a lot. If there is a doctor who can live up to his code of conduct, he will be reminded, he will be adamant, otherwise it will be difficult for him to refuse. In such a case, the doctor should be so strict that even if he receives death threats or other false accusations, he should go to jail easily. In order to see and hear the truth in a democracy, fear must be removed from the mind and one must have the courage to go to jail whenever possible. But there is a possibility of getting closer to the truth.
-It happens normally, but there is pressure to send for a CT scan. Sometimes political pressure and administrative pressure of all kinds are fourfold. It happened to the relatives of the patient. The doctor's technicalities say that one thing should be done but such drugs are suggested to be done differently or they become the doctor.
- At some point, doctors, health workers, patients come to his relatives by smoking and drinking alcohol. There are reports in the news that patients have been abused by doctors and health workers and relatives by doctors. There are many reasons for this.
-Similarly, if doctors and health workers are a little greedy and a pharmaceutical company or hospital has set up a commission, then the number of cases like prescribing more medicines, getting more patients checked, spending more time in the hospital and sending them to expensive hospitals is decreasing day by day.
- These are representative things that need to be improved. It is wiser to take precautions than to blame them for these problems. There are various ways to do this

1. Understand the role of physicians, health workers, support team, patients, relatives of patients, organization administration, local administration, police, journalists, consumer committees, etc. in the treatment of patients in health care providers, by understanding what should be followed. Information should be given in writing in the language. The main goal of all these aspects is to cure the sick. So the patient is the main character, everything else is secondary. It is foolish to try to make minor characters heroes.
2. The right to think independently, to make decisions based on the scientific basis of medicine, nursing, public health, and health management in all aspects of disease, sickness and its technical aspects should be made available to the concerned technicians. The decision should be based on the same scientific basis and other technicians should come up with similar answers. If not, it should be considered a breach of the Code of Conduct.
3. At present, every minute, pressure from patients, relatives, management, politics, administration, etc., who do not have a thorough knowledge of the subject, should be discouraged. The more the pressure of the non-technicians can be discouraged, the greater will be the chance that the truth and correct decision will be provided by the technicians and the correct diagnosis and treatment process will be easier.
If such pressures and comments come, the state should arrange for independent technicians to complain and hear them. Because if one side is put on the bus and the other side is benefited, then in the eyes of the state, the citizens of one side are being treated unfairly. After that, Susasan becomes just a paper slogan.
4. The patient and the patient's relatives should try to explain scientific and technical matters in as simple a language as possible in the language they understand. But now the problem is that a doctor and a health worker have to spend at least 10 minutes scientifically. There are many patients and few doctors. There are many hospitals in Nepal where a single doctor has to see more than 50 patients a day. So they can't give much time. If it is a government hospital, it is nothing, but if it is a private or community hospital, the income has to bear the cost and the number of patients has to be increased. This pressure is on every health worker. In this case, the doctor does not have time to give. And without good counseling, there is a rift between the patient and the relative. That leads to abuse and vandalism. Therefore, the ratio of patient to physician should be specified. No more than 6 patients should be seen in an hour. In fact, diagnosing and treating a patient is not the same as buying medicine and sending it home. The treatment of a patient is affected by his physical problems, his current mental condition, his home environment, his habits, his addictions, his relationships with neighbors and relatives, and so on. These things are not seen in blood tests, X-rays, video X-rays, etc. For that, the patient has to study. That is why it is said that the sick is a fast book. It should be clear to the patient and his relatives that spending money on tests does not mean that the disease is detected. Neither X-rays nor video X-rays are seen. For that, the patient has to study. That is why it is said that the sick is a fast book. Patients and their relatives should also be clear that spending money on tests does not mean that the disease is detected, but more than that, consultation, discussion, conversation with doctors and health workers is very important. Neither X-rays nor video X-rays are seen. For that, the patient has to study. That is why it is said that the sick is a fast book. It should be clear to the patient and his relatives that spending money on tests does not mean that the disease is detected.
5. Physicians, health workers, patients and relatives of patients are addicted to alcohol and smoking and many unpleasant incidents can happen. Such substances may have provoked a person. Due to which abusive words lead to abuse. A lot of caution is needed to avoid this.
It is important to have an easy way to lodge a complaint with the police administration, journalists and the Consumer Protection Committee as soon as the service provider, patient or relatives know that they have consumed it. Free mobile numbers should be accessible to all. After this complaint, there should be an independent investigation committee to find out whether the drug addicts have been consumed. In which police administration, journalists, doctors and consumer protection committee should be involved. This committee needs an alcohol detector machine that can be tested scientifically. It is not difficult to find the amount of alcohol in it. Everyone on the committee should be trained on how to know the results with its scientific basis. If such complaints are investigated promptly, hospital malpractices can be minimized.
What he is doing is more important in a democracy than what he is doing. No one is above the law.
Thus, if the technicians and non-technicians involved in the healthcare sector and their stakeholders do not violate their code of conduct and adopt their goal line in accordance with the prevailing laws of the country without abusing their power and money, the current abuses, mental anguish and unnecessary expenses . But, first of all, let's correct our behavior. Became conscious.
